Motivate Design, the premier NYC UX design and research agency, is seeking a career-oriented sales person who wants to learn, perform and grow through direct coaching and mentorship
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must be greatly interested in making B2B outbound cold calls, enjoy selling over the phone and through cold outreach 
  • Consultative selling – selling as a knowledgeable “trusted advisor” that can understand and analyze the customers’ problems
  • Make 75-100 B2B outbound sales cold calls and 25-50 emails on a daily basis to new prospects
  • Meet or exceed Company’s daily targets and personal quarterly revenue goals
  • Minimum 1 year of direct, continuous and progressive experience in outbound B2B cold calling and or cold outreach.
  • Experience must be related to selling services.  Information or technology selling experience preferred
  •  Excellent skills in strategic outbound prospecting required
  • A team player, self-motivated and self-disciplined with very positive attitude and a strong ability to collaborate with others, both internally and externally
  • Very quick learner with the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge related to service selling skills
  • ‪Effective and highly professional and intelligent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven ability to provider positive client and team interactions. You understand the art of pleasantly and professionally overcoming challenges
  • ‪Achieving and exceeding maximum number of quality sales calls and emails per day
  • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets          ‪
  • Highly reliable with perfect and consistent attendance at work
