Happiness Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly polished and professional Happiness Coordinator to provide general support to a very inspiring, ambitious and driven CEO and her team.  In a nutshell, your role is to insure the happiness of everyone in the office.  This will entail managing the CEO's calendar and travel arrangements, planning and overseeing office functions, events and parties, maintaining office supplies and perhaps, making sure the phones work and helping finance send out invoices!

Responsibilities:
  • Compose and prepare a high level of correspondence
  • Partner with other staff to make sure things get done with little to no guidance
  • Manage a complicated personal and work schedule and appointments
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and managing follow up
  • Coordinate travel
  • Run a well-maintained, professionally operated, and welcoming reception area with a smile and a great attitude
  • Assist with conference room scheduling
  • Serve as go-to source of information for multiple staff questions, from CEO's availability to standard office procedures
  • Order food for the office as needed
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and process bulk mail projects
  • Assist with evening company events

Required Experience:
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment with changes in direction and cadence
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting a senior level executive, ideally in an agency environment. 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, inDesign and some basic accounting
  • Incredibly Strong written and verbal communication skills
