Our client, a fast-growing startup providing tools to improve customer experience, is looking for UX Researchers to join their Research team in Atlanta. In this role, you will be conducting, analyzing, and reporting user-centered design research and usability studies for various customers.

This is a great opportunity to work face-to-face with a variety of customers, internally and externally, to improve their user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of qualitative research methodologies and data analysis techniques
  • Organize and review sessions to understand user preferences, attitudes, behaviors, and the feedback of internal and external customers
  • Create reports including findings and recommendations that drive user discovery and future design improvements
  • Provide insightful feedback on test plans written by team members and customers
  • Maintain AMPed Certification across the study types for which this certification is available
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in behavioral science or closely related field, including Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Interface Design, or Computer Science
  • 2-5 years as a UX Researcher, Analyst or relevant experience
  • Solid experience with a variety of user-centered research tools and methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to synthesize and distill large amounts of qualitative data to extract meaningful information
  • Experience with quantitative research methodologies a plus
