Our client, a boutique agency known for the quality of their work is adding a senior UX/UI Designer to their team.  They are looking for someone who possesses a strong understanding of best UX processes and is passionate about building product with real impact!  Those products can include mobile apps, customer-facing web products, consumer apps and enterprise platforms.
 
Responsibilities

● Co-own the entire design cycle, from ideation to launch
● Create clean, straightforward, innovative user interfaces
● Conduct user research to gather key insight into user needs
● Develop concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
● Conduct usability testing to validate and tweak designs
● Collaborate with your fellow UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers
 
Qualifications

● 3-5 years designing clean, intuitive, and innovative interfaces
● Passion for Human-Centered Design & Lean UX
● Expert in Sketch and Adobe CC (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator)
● Experience with prototyping tools (such as Invision, Framer, etc.)
● Front-end coding skills a bonus but not necessary
