Director of Digital Marketing

DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETING

Our client, a domain leading tech company building cloud-based enterprise products is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing who will be responsible for growing the business through digital marketing efforts. This role will lead efforts to acquiring new customer accounts across a variety of digital channels, as well as go-to-market initiatives in new segments. This role will be hyper focused on marketing and product launches for new market entries and pipeline generation.

Responsibilities
 
  • Develop and execute long-term digital marketing strategy to drive fast-paced, ongoing growth to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Lead, grow and develop a digital marketing team
  • Oversee paid acquisition strategy in partnership with agencies, understanding the needs of regional markets and segments
  • Optimize spending to ensure return on investment
  • Develop campaign and integrated marketing strategies across digital channels to drive pipeline
  • Oversee creation of demand generation content to drive customers through buyer’s journey
  • Adapt digital marketing strategies based on different market segmentations – enterprise vs. mid marketing, high-touch vs. transactional, etc.
  • Responsible for major marketing and product launches focused on new market entries and pipeline generation
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure cross-functional alignment, campaign development and execution 
 
Qualifications
 
  • BA or BS in marketing or related field
    15 years digital and/or integrated marketing experience
    Solid experience at B2B technology companies
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels and functions
  • A proven track record of growing the business via digital acquisition strategies
  • Experience building highly technical enterprise security products a PLUS
  • Experience in building and leading teams
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Able to demonstrate innovation, successfully tackling challenges in new and creative ways in often-stressful, deadline-intensive environments
