Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams playing a principal role in addressing various workflows.

Conduct market and user research to identify setbacks and opportunities.

Work closely with stakeholders to conceptualize, experiment, and test MVP for a new clinician segment.

Lead your scrum team to deliver and define a roadmap that tackles key matters.

Foster a collaborative environment.

Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions, and define metrics.

Use metrics and data to analyze and track success.

Report directly to the VP of Product.
Qualifications:
-
5-10 years of product ownership in an agile software development environment.
-
Experience working in Agile environments, particularly scrum.
-
Prior experience and knowledge of SaaS products in a marketplace, B2C or B2B context highly preferred.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to work autonomously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in a startup environment is a PLUS.

Experience with healthcare systems is a PLUS.
